At Club Daks, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may increase during product launches, sales, or high-volume periods.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Club Daks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Club Daks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

  • Club Daks is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the damage.

  • Failure to submit proof within this timeframe may result in denial of any replacement or refund.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Club Daks is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refused or returned packages due to customer error may be subject to additional fees.
