Club Daks Return Policy

At Club Daks, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect size received (different from what was ordered)

  • Items damaged during shipping

To be eligible for a return, proof is required. This includes clear photos or videos showing:

  • The incorrect size tag or labeling, or

  • Visible damage to the item and/or packaging caused during shipping

Returns submitted without sufficient proof will not be approved.

Return Timeframe

  • All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included when applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at clubdaks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and required proof (photos or videos).

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at the discretion of Club Daks.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or damage.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping or an incorrect size was sent.
